Production and Manufacturing Capabilities

The Nautitech production capabilities is continually adapting and growing to meet the requirements of our customers. Located in the same facility as the design engineering team, the production team capabilities range from electronics assembly, PCB and assembly testing stations to mechanical assembly of top level assemblies for the final products. Our quality and improvement model is a key business process followed by our production team. From quality assurance processes to continuous improvement projects such as root cause analysis and 5S, these internal production and quality initiatives drive us to have a harmonised approach. The net result is less waste, faster cycle times, improved efficiencies, decisions driven by data and significantly lower defect rates.

Our in-house equipment and our materials planning system allows us to respond to customer delivery schedules and our target is 100% DIFOT. Our primary production equipment capabilities include:
